The World's Oldest Dog, according to the Guiness Book of World Records, is about to have her 21st birthday. Her name is Chanel and she's a blond wire-haired dashund who lives in Port Jefferson Station, New York with her owners Denice and Karl Shaughnessy. Denice adopted Chanel in 1988.
