I love contests!
I especially love ones that I can enter simply by posting to a blog or telling others about it! I just found out about this web site called Sweeps4Bloggers. There seems to be several giveaways running at one time on this site, including one from Douglas Cuddle Toys.
I am entering the Douglas Cuddle Toys Giveaway, and that is the reason for this post! I will get two extra entries for posting this to my blog. So - go check it out!

Well, I thought about it, but after looking at the other entrants - their really nice rooms dedicated solely for schooling purposes, I decided against it. We just grab our books that stay stacked on the counter in the kitchen and in the bookshelf and hang out in the kitchen, or they might go in their room, or out on the deck, or shlumpf onto the couch in the living room. I've also had 11 y/o do her school work while 4 y/o plays on the germy McDonald's playground - but I have to bribe her with ice cream.
Also, although we stay pretty organized at the first of the year, but it gradually deteriorates after a few months...so I can't really tell anyone "how" I did anything, because...well...I suppose I really haven't done anything as far as organization, which is why we end up so disorganized! lol!
I do have a couple of cute pictures of 4 y/o mixing some mud up in a bucket on the deck. I suppose that could be considered doing science in a school space, but it would probably be a stretch! ;)
